Today coaching is a critical leadership competency for people development and engagement. One-on-one coaching can be overwhelming.

First, not everyone understands the coaching approach and the skills required of it. Second, how can busy managers juggle the time to coach along with the other responsibilities in their role. The best way to do this is to understand the heart of coaching and then use this approach and embed it in everyday conversations that is already happening between the manager and their direct reports.

This program will equip leaders to apply the coaching approach without taking the time away from their day-to-day responsibilities. Thus transforming, an often stressful, traditional management conversations into meaningful and engaging coaching conversations.

The goal is to help managers have better performance conversations by learning coaching the right way. The methods and content we used here are very aligned to International Coach Federation (ICF) standards.

This program is LIMITED to 12 slots only maximum because all participants will have one on one mentoring sessions after the 5-days of training. So we want to make sure we are focused on you.
